General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Terminology for the General Rules for use of https://barzevi.com/, hereinafter referred to as the Website
   1. Content – all content (text and image material) on the Website;
   2. User – any user who uses the Website;
   3. "Barzevi Ltd." with UIC 123677133 and registered office at village Novo selo, - owner of the Website;
   4. Cookies – a method by which information is stored locally in the User's browser; they are small files consisting of a text-based set of information;

   1. https://barzevi.com/ undertakes to comply with all requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation and to process and store the personal data provided by Users lawfully and in good faith, solely for the purposes of providing the services and content of the Website;

3. Rights and obligations of the User
   1. The User of the Website has the right to browse and use the platform for its intended purpose, as well as to use the Content, only where the Copyright of "Barzevi Ltd." is preserved and solely for non-commercial purposes. Use of the Content without reference to the Copyright is permitted only with written permission from the Owner;
   2. All actions by the User that interfere with the operation of the Website, as well as those that could damage the reputation of the Website or its Owner, are prohibited. In the event of such conduct by the User, "Barzevi Ltd." undertakes to take the appropriate actions to remedy the damage caused, without prior notice;
   3. The Website cooperates with third parties - business partners who provide Users with copyrighted texts, services, offers and other information. Each User has the right to use the services offered by them, and in such situations the rules of the respective Websites shall apply;
4. Processing of personal data when using the Website or entering into a contract with the Owner for the use of services from the Website
   1. Data processed when using the Website:
      1. automatically collected technical data, such as IP address, GPS coordinates, information about the device from which you visit the Website;
      2. data obtained through the use of Cookies;
   2. Each User is responsible for the information provided by them if it is inaccurate or relates to third parties without their explicit consent, as well as for any unlawful or malicious use of personal data and information. If the User does not want this information to be collected and processed, they are not obliged to provide it. Any information entered by the User is provided voluntarily;
   3. All personal data and information stored about the User shall be deleted after the applicable technical retention period has expired;
5. Protection and processing of personal data
   1. It is necessary to process and store the information you provide to us in order to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyse trends on the internet.

This information is stored for a specified period of time, and the necessary technical and organisational measures have been taken against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised access by third parties, alteration or disclosure, as well as other unlawful forms of access and distribution;

The IP address is a sequence of four numbers and identifies the internet address from which the User accesses the Website, points to the internet service provider and can be traced by anyone who performs a search using it;

   1. In the event of unresolved matters and disputes, each User has the right to refer to the Bulgarian courts and the relevant competent authorities all unresolved matters that the parties have been unable to settle through negotiations and mutual agreement;
   2. For all matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply;
